Why don't you try anyway? If you are very, very good they might make an exception. I don't know, I am not management, but what would you have to lose by trying? Good luck.

I do sympathize with you. The MDI site does list their pay scale. I just feel uncomfortable telling an employer's scale. The site is the perfect place to get it. There is also a lot of other good info. Give MDI a try. If you make the cut and get hired, you will love it!
