I have the same opinion of them as you do. I find them very professional. I have over 40 years experience, and I am going to start next week. I am so glad you replied to my message, it makes me feel so much better. By the way, they said I could transfer my list of abbreviations to them to use with their program. I have never done that and wonder if you could give me any instructions regarding this. Again thanks for your help!!
