SPI

I am so sorry that you got caught up in this mess ...did the facility you worked for for years just outsource to SPI??  I just wonder what they promise these facilities to get them to sign on...This is the worst company you could ever work for!!! 

The president of sales for SPI just finished a seminar in Atlatna preaching about his Best Shore policy....this is such a bunch of crap...When the account I worked for got tired of the junk coming from India, they pulled the account back, but it was too little too late and the account was pulled entirely!!   I had no work...I was left high and dry...I almost had to file bankruptcy just waiting around for them to find me another account!!!  (Which they never did...I found a new job and had worked for days before my account manager even realized I wasn't working for SPI anymore)......

Stop right now and apply with another company and get another job!!  I see post after post needing and wanting MTs with a lot of current acute care experience and that sounds like you!!  

I have some friends that are still working for SPI, but hanging on by a thread.....get out before you are emotinoally and finanically bankrupt!!!
