She's right

I hated inhouse - we were hourly and no incentives at all, and I heard constantly not everyone can be as fast as you.  Never saw so much goofing off in my life, our lead worker was mainly to blame (she was the only one who could web surf but wanted us to come see all kinds of stuff she was surfing).  The amount of time wasted on personal calls alone was outrageous, then personal conversations and coffee breaks.  Other production killers included helping train newbies (we hired off the street), docs wandering in with demands, techs wandering in with info or to gossip, and having to fax everything under the sun then call and confirm they got it.  Then forced OT for the person who worked latest due to the backlog.

I'm making double that production at home because I actually sit and work - without constant interruptions!  And now I get paid what I'm worth - never could there, everything was based on seniority and had nada to do with quality OR production.
