Actually there are companies like that but they're not nationals.  If you can find a local MTSO that will give you regular accounts, I'm sure you'll find the requirements are that you simply do the work that account generates.  Have you checked locally?

You might be able to look in the yellow pages or on magic yellow for starters or do a Google search depending on where you're at.
