I do the same thing and it is killing me daily. The majority of the SR files are so badly distorted. How about a 10 minute cath report called in on a cell by an ESL? Haha!! 45 minutes to clean it up. That's a great way to make a living, eh? Patient care be damned! That is the exact attitude of the transcription companies.

Honestly, we are being misused and abused by the VR treadmill. The MT companies are making a killing by killing us.
