Both sound like symptoms of schizophrenia.

Maybe see about getting something for anxiety or taking a Benadryl - antihistamines are help for anxiety in OTC form (use them as a nursing student in mental health) I would also see if you could switch schedule if you want, be honest, tell them it causes you physical symptoms - they should understand
Those are definitely text book anxiety symptoms
You may want to see if you can get something for your anxiety; something that will not make you drowsy if you take it during the day. Good luck.
