TSI or MDI?

I have been offered jobs at both TSI and MDI (the one in Florida). Any advise? I want to work as an I/C, work set days but not set hours. Another words, I don't want to have to start typing at exactly 7AM if I have something else I need to take care of. I want to work Tuesdays through Saturdays, and be able to type anytime during the day or night that I want to. Also, I have had experiences where I have to deal with other people "cherry picking" all the work, and then I get stuck with all of the bad dictators, one after the other. Please let me know if you work for or have worked for either of these companies, and your experience with them. Thanks!
