TTD

Just saw an ad for TTD doing General Practice which I have done for 5 years and sounds interesting.  I have done clinic dictation for 5 years and tried acute care, which was a big learning curve.  I had to be clocked in and had to meet a certain amount of lines in that time period.  Sometimes I felt like I worked in a sweat shop.  I barely took a bathroom break in 8 hours. I do better working on my own time which this ad stated- 24 hour TAT. Does anyone know what TTD stands for?
