Thank you all for your kind wishes.

I've been to M.L., and he defers to the T.L.  For one thing, he said that he can only place an EditScript MT on a Dictaphone account if the T.L. sends him the request.  So, I waited and waited, and finally gave up.  Now I am at another job, another company, thinking positive, as they seem to care.  Actually, I feel so much better now that I've left Focus/Nuance, like a big weight has been lifted, like I've awakened from a nightmare. 

Focus/Nuance needs to learn to put their employees first, or the entire company will go down the tubes, way before Focus/Nuance gets the chance to perfect that transcription software that totally replaces human MTs.
