... so far, so good. Yes, I've heard all the horror stories, and I am TRYING not to worry needlessly. Why buy trouble prematurely?

Actually, I do live near the coast (central coast, California) but the nickname actually means life's a beach, and it makes me cranky. If you know what I mean. :)
