Thank you for the input. Where I am now, I had almost totally ERs for a while and could make a good line count. Then we lost most of the ER account and for a while I was on 4 or 5 different accounts, doing every work type and every specialty, except OPs. All different account specs, bad sound, and horrible ESLs. I pitched a fit and got put on a different account as my primary doing special studies and sleep clinic notes, which I am getting really good at, but there isn't enough work and I have to switch back to the other, so there goes my line count and QA usage, which they are on us about. My QA on my primary is next to nothing, but on my secondary I have to spend an insane amount of time to keep it anywhere near what the want. Add that to the battle that is going on between MTs and QA since we got a new system and I think you can figure out my frustration. I will check out the companies you mentioned and see what I think. Thanks again.
