getting in touch with someone.  During my interviews I was constantly hearing the IM ping and I know several messages were sent back and forth.   Maybe there are different e-mail addy for management to communicate.

There is a difficulty premium
rate for jobs that are rated more difficult than others. You get paid more but the difficulty decision is made higher up, you will know before you start that job whether they are higher pay or not. It doesn't sound like we have imput in this process but not sure.
Difficulty with a term
This s/l D-timer and is a test done to r/o pulmonary embolus.
Any help appreciated.
Apparently they did not have any difficulty--sm
getting responses, which the last mentioned was 135. Perhaps you should have applied, just to find out who they are, since you cannot seem to sit still in your undies just wondering about it, or maybe you DID apply and didn't get chosen....sour grapes. sheesh. real mature.
Account difficulty
Agree with you Daphne. Spend lots of time verifying demographics when they DO give you an understandable name but are too lazy to input the number. Do that across little 5 line jobs and see how many THOUSANDS of lines you get. Also, don't forget the percentage of lines deducted for headers that you don't deserve credit for even when you wasted all that time with the demographics. Wow, big time money-maker!
Who figures out the difficulty premium

see in the packet about difficulty premium and pay, but is every single dictator being assessed and listened to somehow and who is determining the difficulty?

Any Spheris employees having difficulty with their email? NM

Post here from Jan. said start off at 6 cpl & go up to only 9 cpl thru weird tiers of difficulty.

HEAVY ESLs, will not switch accounts if you are having difficulty, and more...sm
Plus you have to pay $25.00 every payday to get your check UPS to you.  Now, I never have known UPS to charge $25.00 to mail a letter overnight!  They must be making profit off of it.  The worst ESLs ever!  I have worked for many years as a MT but NEVER had this horrible of ESLs.  Not to mention the VERY RUDE QA staff!  Supervisors and work flow are nice.  I would think twice.  But pay was always on time and always correct.  You just have to balance out.  They used to run out of work too.  Don't know if that has changed or not.
They're kind of new. Older posts had people having difficulty with them. nm

Anyone else finding difficulty doing testing with your foot pedal. I am having all kinds of
problems and cant seem to test in Express Scribe with my foot pedal.  Am I going to run into this same problem every time I apply somewhere.  I cant do the test without a pedal because it is very long with fast dictators.  Even to use and keyboard keys is very difficult so I gave us actually.
