I'm assuming at any time MDI-MD could start letting it's PTers go. Transcend apparently has alrady indicated they have no PT positions available and want ALL FT. Although we are under contract to MDI-MD, that does not stop them from terminating us at their will.

I look for subtle changes to start happening immediately.

Like the other poster, I'm prepared to get a phone call letting me know that my services are no longer required (which is why I thought ahead and have something else lined up...like the other posters, I trust neither MDI-MD or Transcend with this merger, and I don't intend to sit around with a bullseye on my backside and be caught off guard, lol!)

If that account is lost, do you all think the company would be sold or what. I'm asking honestly. I don't know. I realize it would be financial ruin but would the company be sellable, and would that be better at all for us than just here today, gone tomorrow?
