This is just what happened before with an office I worked for that went with an Indian company.  Everybody was raving about wonderful this company was and how much money we would save.  For the first month or so they were not so bad and then it steadily went down hill.  Their medical terminology usually wasn't so bad.  It was their fractured English. It got to be unrecognizable.  Like some kind of strange dialect.  Finally the docs got so fed up they insisted on going back to a USA company.  Thank goodness!  Now history is repeating itself.
