UST?

i checked UST out also and received an e-mail back with benefits attached saying if i'm interested to let them know and i'll be tested....was just curious if anyone knows how much the benefits cost once they kick in...how much per pay period..also...no paid time off?  it says you get a certain amount of UNpaid time off...i guess its worth going  forward with though since i left MQ for JLG and i'm just not happy with JLG at all...i too just want something stable...i'm falling apart here and really need a decent job that i can do well.

also...how are the dictations...lots of ESL or not too much?
