So one anonymous person had a not so great experience with one supervisor -  There are at least 5 team managers and mine (for one) is wonderful.  No one seems to be on a power trip.  Money is comparable to other companies, there is a bonus structure in place, and benefits are good.  My supervisor is okay with more flexible hours (I have 12 hours to do an 8 hour shift) but I know some accounts have tighter requirements and you must commit to something more specific.  The weakest spot would be the help desk people but they are trying and I think they get better all the time.

Overall, I think Webmedx is the best company I have worked for but no one can be everything to every MT in the business.  Good luck in your search.  PS - There is plenty of work available for acute care, that's for sure!
