Well..i don't know about all that, but

a lot of the people who did not have "luck" with Transolutions went on to much greener pastures, some as editors.  I don't think it is fair for you to say that they couldn't make the cut as an MT because they didn't "fit in" with Transolutions.  People are all very different, as are companies.  I have to say, the way you said those things, you don't give the company a very good image.  You want to represent them, then don't be so rude.  That says to me that you have to be THAT type of person to work there.  I am happy for you that you found your nitch with them as I am happy for the friends of mine who have found their nitch as well, but because people don't find their nitch there doesn't mean that they are bad MTs.  I could easily say that about you if you say tried working for Spheris and didn't find your place, but yet others say it is a great place.  Don't be so rude.
