What's in a name? (sm)

I have a small transcription business called Heartland Medical Transcription Service started last year.  Here in Nebraska, there are quite a few places with Heartland in the title so I thought nothing of it, became a LLC, ordered business cards and brochures, etc.,

Now I find there's a huge transcription company that is bashed on this board for offshoring that has absolutely nothing to do with my company.  I guess what I'm wondering is should I spend the $500+ it would cost to change my company name (including legal paperwork, ordering new supplies, etc.) so as not to be confused when the term Heartland is carelessly tossed around on this and other MT boards?

Trust me, I know no Indian MTs, I am a small local Nebraska company but it hurts when people throw the name Heartland into a post without using the full title of the big company Heartland Information Services which is now owned by Spryance.

I wonder if any of you have considered the fact that you just possibly could be hurting the little guy who happens to have the misfortune to have picked a name that has been used by an iffy company.  Perhaps the lawyer who set up my company should have done more research.  Perhaps I should have done more research.  I could place the blame several places but I sure would appreciate a little more discretion when you don't post the full name of a company.

Thank you.
