I would definately charge for the templates also. FYI, IMEs are REEally good money makers. The best of luck to you!
I have done IMEs for years...
I have done IMEs for years and did not need ONE report per day for months in order to prove my ability to do them. Either you can or you can't. You would think things could move on a little faster than 2 to 3 months. I agree IMEs need no room for error, nor does any other report for that matter, but let's be real, the post read SMALL report per day...what a waste of time. One can either prove they know what they're doing with test files, or they can't.

agree, IMEs are great $$, easy reports, miss them, would love to find them
