you have worked in a hospital does not mean you have been exposed to every speciality.  Smaller hospital versus a teaching hospital is very different when it comes to experience.  Are you familiar with cardiovascular procedures, orthopedics, radiology, neurosurgery, or just run of the mill specialities, etc.  This is a very legitimate question.
