        I worked for a different company using Vianeta and could never access line counts. Was also told it - would be available next weeks, etc but never was.

I had never been to their website before. 99% of the people I dealt with were in India, and it is pretty well known that they are owned by an Indian man and are a sister company to Mediscribes which I believe mostly employs Indian workers. I don't know where the KY and IN and whatnot places come from; everyone I dealt with except the lead Transcriptionist and the HR lady was in India.

I agree it is a global economy, and I don't really have a problem with working with Indians. However, I don't agree with duplicity or hiding the truth and this just makes me even more certain that leaving them was a good idea.

But I must say that any potential healthcare providers who choose to go with them thinking they are an American company must be kind of dumb. The writing on that website is really unprofessional and clearly done by a foreigner.
