What would you do?

I was hired by a company and have a training date set for Monday. However, tech support has to put some programs on my computer. We had a scheduled time yesterday to do this. I sat in my office waiting for 2 1/2 hours from the time we schedule and tech support never called. Finally I sent him an e-mail asking what happened and was told he got busy and missed our scheduled time but I could now set up a time of my choosing. So I schedule a time today and he agreed to it. I went into my office today to get ready and when I looked at my phone I saw that I had missed a call and had a voicemail stating that I now I would have to call up and schedule another time since they missed me. This was 35 minutes earlier than we scheduled. Well I called the office and was told that he went to lunch! Lunch at the time we had scheduled for today??? Now I'm not sure if I should e-mail the woman who hired me as she has been very helpful in answering all of my questions and ask for a different tech person or should I just wait for him to call back and schedule another time with me? Sorry I rambled but just not sure what to do. Thanks for listening and any advice!
