I once knew a guy who was a very savvy businessman and he said ANYTHING IS FOR SALE IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT. Think about it. If your house is worth, say, 100K, and some rich guy comes by and sees it and likes it and he comes up to your door and says he will give you 2M for it, wouldn't you sell it to him, even though you had not listed it on the market? Again, just saying......
