Which one........

I have interviewed with both Keystrokes and Transcend.  I didn't accept either position and told them I'd get back to them in a few days.  Between these two companies, which one is the better?  I know they all have their bad points but I can't figure out which one is the worst.  I would appreciate some straight facts from current/prior employees about scheduling, platforms, ESL. etc., etc.
