With my job.....

They use that program where they can actually pull up my computer on their computer screen to go through and adjust files, install/remove software, etc.  It irritates me, not because I have anything to hide, but it is my PERSONAL computer and they don't even ASK if this is okay.  They just call you up, tell you to click and then away they go through my files.  I feel like I am not an idiot my any means, I mean I COULD very well install software myself and it kind of feels like they just like to be nosey.  If they are that into what goes on with MY computer then they need to furnish me with one that they could have free access to whenever they wanted.

About a year ago I was going to get a second job (IC this time, not employee) and I had given my employee job as a reference.  My boss called me up and told me that I COULD NOT install the new companies software on MY computer because there could be confidentiality issues........like the files are going to look at each other? 

Ugghhhh okay, done complaining, ha ha!
