My experience/opinion of Transolutions is vastly different from yours. I work on a level 4 account that I receive a premium for, and it's a great account--not one of the worst accounts, as you stated above. Also, I have noted a substantial increase in my pay, not a decrease. I think many of the changes at Transolutions are positive ones. That doesn't mean I'm not carefully watching the situation, but I'm definitely not unhappy there or thinking of leaving. I just wanted to throw something positive in here.
