Just somebody's account of the the devolution of the profession and its effect on an individual's life: diminishing wages, disappearing benefits, lost health in the absence of health care benefits, and yeah, even the price of job dedication paid in terms of family life. This is a very familiar tale for many of us. There is no bid for sympathy and no blame anywhere to be found, except in your own twisted white matter.
Success is in the eyes of the beholder. You have a lot of nerve trying to define it for somebody else and no right whatsoever to call her a failure. Shame on you.
