bother to inform the accout manager that you had RAD experience only.  The recruiter is probably some 20-something fresh out of college bimbo who thinks RAD wouldn't be that different from acute care.  She didn't bother to inform anyone of anything and just went on her merry way.

This is the recruiter's fault period.  Maybe the account manager was rude to you, but she probably thought you were supposedly an experienced acute care MT and felt a little justified in letting you know you didn't know what you were doing.  But no matter, I would call that recruiter back and let her know your displeasure and then call her supervisor!  I'm sure she has a track record of doing this to other people.  I would also let the account manager know by email perhaps what the situation was so that the account manager can be rude to the correct person next time!
