I appreciate you guys input on this issue. Thank you for encouraging me to go through with this. I mean, I just don't see when did saving a few dollars for the hospital become priority over quality of work & risking the hospital having a lawsuit! Our physician's may not have a say, but I figure all of us Transcriptionist sticking together along with all of the physician's together in on it & taking it to the CEO may do some good!!!! I REFUSE to go back to college to get a different career & I am prepared to fight for my job! I am going to give this my all! If all else fails & they are still hell bound on outsourcing I will personally ask the CEO how can we get the account for ourselves & beat what the outsource company is charging. BUT first I am going to fight to remain a hospital employee, and with all the physicians & transcriptionists with me maybe I can make a difference!
