I hope it works out well for you!  I did a lot of research on my part for a prospected employer and hope it works out well.  I too have not had a raise in almost 10 years and they did away with certain perks, but I feel its time to move on.  I had intended on staying with them for a long time, but now I know you can't always count on the things you once loved!
