thanks to all of the advice. I have been going back in forth in my mind. I know every company has its good points and bad points. I have been with mine almost 9 years. I thought even maybe reducing my hours just a notch might refresh me, but I'm leaning towards the new one as I feel I have done a lot of research and feel I am making a good decision but I will leave on good terms just in case. Thanks again!!
