resumes I have received:

One company I recruited for wanted to know what people expected for hourly pay. Here were some responses:

One lady was a cashier at a grocery store - no experience whatsoever in medical, AND had no typing experience. She said what they hey, how hard could this be, right? She said she expected to start at $20/hour.

Another lady worked the book mobile and retail - again, never had any medical experience, no medical courses, etc. She expected $25/hour to start.

Another person was a nanny. Same as above - no prior experience. Expected $15/hour to start.

One guy actually had so many grammatical and spelling errors that at first I thought it was a joke. He is a Transcriptionist for a major medical university in California with 7 years experience, as well as a few side jobs transcribing for doctors. I cannot begin to tell you the number of spelling errors he had - but I figured I would test him anyways - emailed him a spelling test, two files, and what came back was beyond ridiculous.

Do you think we make this stuff up????
