Stop with the ridiculous wallpaper on your email if you want to be taken seriously.
Start filling in your name in your profile so that your actual name shows up, not just the email address. You might, in fact, consider getting a decent-sounding (read professional) email address while you're at it.
Stop with the leaving your resume and/or cover letter named just that! Or as your first name and the word resume or cover letter.
You might actually be considered for a position if you could come across as having basic professionalism at the time of your application.
