Along the side there will be MT/ME Rewards Plan. Under that will be "MT/ME self service" and "MT/ME rewards plan documents" - all that was for me was the initial paperwork we got in the mail stating that changes were to come in October.
Under self service (make sure you have any pop-up stoppers turned off) it showed that I received a phone call on Sept 15th and that I received the letter.
Where on Qnet did you find that information?
I was just over there and the only thing I saw was the copy of the letter they sent Sept 2 telling us that we were going to be contacted. Which section is this under?
