then maybe you don't need to work for them. These companies get tons of resumes everyday. They try and match what is on your resume with what they have open. Have you sent them another e-mail. Use to be people that were persistent and followed up got the jobs because they showed a sincere interest. Now its the company should chase you down etc. etc, whine whine!
