I don't know anything about DSG, but I work for MDI and I am very happy there. The platform is simple, the sound quality is good, the account liaisons are down-to-earth and helpful. The pay is better than most IC positions I've come across. Best of all is the communication and how I feel appreciated every day. The schedule is quite flexible, too. Good luck with your decision.
