MDI-MD or DSG?

I have an opportunity to work for MDI-MD or Dictation Services Group (DSG). I welcome responses as to which company is better and why. This will help me decide which company to go with. Does one pay better than the other? Does one have a better platform? Can you use your own expander? I have 18 years acute care experience. This is my first time to post any questions on MTStars. Thank you very much for your responses.
