I agree with Daisy. Also,
it seems you were looking for empathy but those responding seem to work for your company. I don't think you will get any empathy from co-workers. Just advice. The pay was too low to start with. I can't really speak on speed or Expanders b/c I am not that great at either. I do use an Expander but only just started to recently after 4 years of typing plus have other issues. Get the experience and move on if you don't start making the money you want soon.

that is just it, Daisy, luck of the draw for a good supervisor...
and they also promise you the moon in the beginning. everyone was quite nice and wonderful in the beginning in my experience. then I got thrown to the manager, who was schizophrenic.
when no work, NO ONE will respond to you. when there is work, they are all over you like leaves on trees...threatening, harassing, etc.
depends on what is important to you. oh, and I could not even get 1000 lines/day after a while...was awful.
