I like it better twice a month, too. I have worked at companies that were twice a month, every two weeks, and two companies that paid only once a month. The extra paycheck twice a year is kind of nice when you are paid every 2 weeks, but I find it a lot easier to budget when the paydates are consistent on when they come in during the month, and I like that they are a little bit fatter since there are 24 checks a year instead of 26.
