Discuss things like this with QA or account supervisor at the company directly not on a pubic board........ There may be things you do not know..i.e. is the document in Q, is the problem being taken care of... Do onto others as you would have them do to you. Would you like the company or another MT discussing your work, inability to follow directions, etc., etc. on a public board...
