i'm sorry, but i just don't see where you are coming from. You say MDI pays for quantity, not quality, following the 1200 line/got a raise post, which seemed like you were referring to that raise being based on that quantity. You still haven't made it clear to me why you think quality is not a concern of MDI. I maintain, by my experience, quality is very much their main focus. If i am missing something in your post, please go ahead and hit me over the head with it. I just don't see how you are drawing that conclusion. Plus you mention 'as an employee' (re logging on with no work), but with MDI-MD you are statutory. You are talking about the MD-MDI right? Its been my experience that if the accounts given you aren't steady with work, they'd be happy to give you another one.
