Does MDI-MD give yearly raises?  Know they pay very well but do/will they give you yearly incrementals if you are doing well?  Heard their pay is on the high end so their answer is no, but just wondered.

Cost of Living Increases

I work for a large MTSO and after four years have not received a cost of living increase. Is this standard operating procedure? Things cost more than they did four years ago. Do you think CEO is getting the same pay as four years ago? Any thoughts?

Find out if there will be increases. I know that KS starts most at 8 cpl but after 90 days sm
gives an increase based on performance the 1st 90 days. I have been there several years and make 10 cpl but a friend of mine left MQ a year ago and started at 8 cpl and is now at 9 cpl.
Medware has been paying $14 for years, No cost of living increases there! nm
