this is like arguing the difference between nauseous and nauseated...to most people they mean the same thing; really nauseous means you are making others sick and nauseated means you are feeling sick! Does it really matter when you are feeling sick? NO!!!

Frankly it's a mute point, we are all technically just resources: machine resources, power resources, human resources - we are just the most demanding and expensive resources for a company.
