I just started with chase this week. So far it seems okay. I have only had a few doctors, but only one of this was horrible. There are a lot of ESL's though. The others were okay. I have only been an MT for 2 years at a local hospital and am not certified, but they are paying me 9 cpl. I don't know if this is because I did exceptionally well on the phone test or what. Hope this helps.
