if so many people are having an issue with this could it be a server on their end or something? Worth looking into I would say.

Slowness is Enough
Slowness issues affect pay and make me lose concentration and get aggravated.  That's enough to quit right there.   Too many different things to remember on too many different accounts and even those things change on a daily basis.  Too many e-mails regarding changes on all the different specifics.  I guess that would be no problem for a Transcriptionist who doesn't care about the quality of work produced, but the quality is very important to me.  Someone's life could be at stake.
Slowness
I have worked on this program elsewhere and quite often it is the IP provider. It takes a while for the voice to download, or gets stuck completely. Sometimes you have to reboot. Maybe your IP address changed during your shift if you use a Linksys this could slow it down. Again, reboot. Also, if all of that does not work, I usually call the ISP provider to see if there are outages, due to road work, weather, etc. 9 times out of 10 when I experience this it is because of limited connectivity. There are days like that but once in a blue moon. I always document slowness due to ISP or something when that happens to me just in case someone asks why the line drop. etc. Hope today is better! PS: Also internet traffic could be a factor that slows the whole net down. High volume days especially around the holidays when cash registers are going crazy and credit card authorizations. But, even in the middle of the night my connection has been slow, and the IP never ever really explains why.

Enterprise Slowness
Any other Webbers out there spending half or more of their time waiting on screen changes, etc.  I'm about to throw this thing out the window.  My line counts are  suffering!!  AND it is only Enterprise.  Everything else is plenty fast!
Slowness issue still there for me

Some accounts must be affected differently than others, because its as slow or a little worse for me lately.  I guess as long as someone is willing to say the problem is fixed they'll never really fix it.

yeh guess theres a reason for that slowness
I tried that when I worked for them so I could get a line count for each report but Ichart was either unavailable or very very slow, a lag of 2, 3, 4 and even sometimes up to 12 hours, so you can't do it that way. They also told me they didn't have that information available when I confronted them and asked to see that report. I wanted a line count for each and every report. The IChart team told me they certainly do have that information. Glad to be gone!
Just a problem with slowness of the cc list, but (sm)
if I reboot and it keeps happening, I will go to Tech support, not here.
slowness with I-chart - VERY slow.

I wonder if I have a slow internet connection and if that would be what is causing my slowness.
