that is fine for you but that attitude is what allows the MTSOs to take advantage of us so badly. The fact, and the law is, independent means you should not be committing to certain hours or certain days. People who commit to those conditions are allowing these companies to operate in violation of the IRS guidelines. It is simply a way for them to avoid paying their business tax. Any company who wants a commitment should be hiring you as an employee and paying taxes, unemployment and social security for you, not making you pay your own. How can that not apply to you?
