You are correct, she has every right to speak her opinion. The problem I have with her statement is that she included the man's race. She could have simply said that she had a problem with a man at company XYZ. I see MTs posting here frequently discussing issues with different companies, but never is the race of the individual brought into the discussion. Did you read the definition of racism that I posted earlier? Just a FYI: Any man who is not Native American is an offshore man, as you put it  .
