Back when I worked at MQ, AGES AGO, they had the policy that we were not paid for lines pending in QA. Most of the time if a pay period ended on a Friday, we wouldn't get paid for anything that was in QA from that Friday. I'm not saying they weren't just being shady, but I think by the time you go through the trouble of the labor department, you will have already been paid by then for your extra lines.
