They have an internet-based platform, Word based. I just started here in September and I actually don't know if you can use IT. I personally love that thing and miss it a lot from my last company. They use a program called ShortHand which is okay and suffices but nothing like IT. Hope that helps.

I'm sorry I misunderstood. Yes I am new to this at home work. I worked for a hospital my whole career, then they got Talk tech and cut transciptionists out.
